Some children need a little extra support to shine in the classroom. Not because they are less capable — but because they learn differently.

The Additional Support Program (ASP) at Alpine First Step is designed for children who are already enrolled in our school and need specialised therapeutic support alongside their regular education. Sessions run during school hours — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM — so your child receives expert help right within the school environment they already know and trust.

No extra travel. No disrupted routines. Just the right support, at the right time, in the right place.

What Is the Additional Support Program?

ASP is an in-school inclusion programme that brings Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Special Education directly into the Alpine First Step school day under Vyana By Alpine.

All therapists are RCI-registered with significant hands-on experience working with young children. They work alongside your child’s class teacher — ensuring that therapy goals are reinforced throughout the school day, not just during dedicated sessions.

This school-integrated model produces faster, more lasting results than standalone clinic-based therapy — because children practise new skills in the exact environment where they need to use them.

Who Is This Programme For?

This programme is exclusively available to children currently enrolled at Alpine First Step and is suited for children who:

✅ Have a speech delay, language difficulty or communication challenge

✅ Struggle with fine motor skills, handwriting or sensory processing

✅ Have difficulty with reading, writing, spelling or focus

✅ Have been diagnosed with or show early signs of Dyslexia, ADHD or ASD

✅ Need additional academic support to keep pace with their peers

✅ Have been recommended for therapy by their class teacher or a medical professional

Important: The Additional Support Program runs during school hours only — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. It is available exclusively to children enrolled at Alpine First Step Preschool.

If your child does not attend Alpine First Step but requires therapy support, please visit Vyana by Alpine — our full-day Child Development Centre open to all children in Greater Noida during 1:00 to 6:00PM

How It Works

Step 1 — Teacher Referral or Parent Request
A concern is raised — either by your child’s class teacher during a parent meeting, or directly by you as a parent. Our team then schedules an initial conversation.

Step 2 — Assessment
The relevant therapist or special educator conducts a focused assessment of your child during school hours. Parents receive a clear summary of findings.

Step 3 — Personalised Plan
A structured goal-based plan is created for your child — shared with both the parent and the class teacher so everyone is aligned.

Step 4 — In-School Sessions
Therapy or special education sessions are delivered during school hours, within the school campus. Your child’s regular school day continues around these sessions with minimal disruption.

Step 5 — Regular Updates
You receive consistent progress updates. Our therapists are always available to speak with you — we believe parents are the most important part of the team.

How It Works

Most therapy happens in a clinic — away from the classroom, the teacher and the peers your child actually needs to function with.

ASP is different. Because sessions happen inside school, children can immediately apply what they are learning to real classroom situations. Teachers can reinforce therapy strategies throughout the day. Progress is faster. Results are more practical and lasting.

FAQ – Additional Support Program

Is the Additional Support Program available to children from other schools?

No. ASP runs exclusively during Alpine First Step school hours and is available only to enrolled students. For children from other schools, we offer the same therapy services through Vyana by Alpine — our full-day Child Development Centre.

Will my child miss regular class time for therapy sessions?

Sessions are carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to core learning activities. Our therapists and teachers coordinate to ensure your child does not miss critical classroom instruction.

Do I need a doctor's referral to enrol my child in ASP?

No referral is needed. You can speak directly to your child’s class teacher or contact our front desk to begin the process.

How will I know if my child is making progress?

You will receive regular written and verbal progress updates from your child’s therapist. We also hold parent review meetings each term to discuss goals, progress and next steps.

What if my child needs more support than the school-hours programme provides?

For children needing more intensive or extended therapy, we can arrange additional sessions through Vyana by Alpine, our full-day Child Development Centre on the same campus — open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
