Every child deserves to be heard.

If your child is struggling to speak clearly, finding it hard to express their thoughts, or falling behind in communication compared to other children their age — you are not alone, and early help makes all the difference.

At Vyana by Alpine, our Speech Therapy programme in Greater Noida is designed specifically for children aged 2.5 to 8 years. Our RCI-registered speech therapists work one-on-one with your child in a warm, playful and structured environment — helping them find their voice, build confidence, and communicate with the world around them.

What Is Speech Therapy?

Speech therapy is a specialised intervention that helps children who face difficulties with speaking, understanding language, or communicating effectively.

It is not just about pronunciation. Speech therapy addresses a wide range of challenges — from a toddler who is late to speak, to a school-going child who stutters, to a child who understands language but struggles to express themselves.

The earlier a child receives speech therapy, the better the outcomes. Research consistently shows that children who begin therapy before the age of 5 make significantly faster progress.

Signs Your Child May Need Speech Therapy

As a parent, you know your child best. Here are signs that a consultation with our speech therapist may be beneficial:

✅ Your child is 2 years old and speaks fewer than 50 words

✅ Your child repeats sounds, words or phrases (stuttering)

✅ Your child’s speech is difficult for others to understand

✅ Your child avoids speaking or becomes frustrated when trying to communicate

✅ Your child struggles to follow simple instructions

✅ Your child has difficulty with feeding or swallowing

✅ Your child’s language development seems to have slowed down or stopped

✅ Your child’s teacher has raised concerns about communication in class

If you recognise any of these signs, do not wait. Book a free consultation with our team today. Early assessment leads to faster progress.

How Speech Therapy Works at Vyana

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every child at Vyana by Alpine gets a personalised journey.

Step 1 — Initial Assessment
Our therapist conducts a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication abilities, including speech, language, fluency and listening skills. Parents are part of this conversation from day one.

Step 2 — Personalised Therapy Plan
Based on the assessment, we create a structured, goal-based therapy plan specific to your child’s needs and learning style.

Step 3 — One-on-One Therapy Sessions
Each session is activity-based, engaging and child-friendly. We use play, stories, songs and interactive tools to make therapy feel natural — not clinical.

Step 4 — Classroom Integration
Because Vyana sits within the Alpine First Step campus, our therapists work closely with your child’s class teachers to reinforce goals throughout the school day — not just during sessions.

Step 5 — Regular Parent Updates
You will receive consistent feedback on your child’s progress. We guide parents on how to support speech development at home as well, because what happens at home matters just as much.

FAQ – Speech Therapy

At what age should I get my child's speech assessed?

If you have any concern about your child’s speech or language at any age, it is never too early to seek an assessment. Most speech milestones are well-established by age 3. If your child is not meeting age-appropriate milestones, we recommend booking a consultation as soon as possible.

How long does speech therapy take to show results?

This depends on the nature and severity of the challenge. Some children show noticeable improvement within 8–12 weeks of consistent therapy. Others with more complex needs may require longer-term support. Our therapist will set clear, measurable goals at the start so you always know what to expect.

Can speech therapy help children with autism?

Yes. Speech therapy is one of the most effective and evidence-based interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We work on functional communication, social language, and non-verbal communication skills.

Do parents need to stay during therapy sessions?

We encourage parental involvement, especially in the initial sessions. For younger children, a parent’s presence can be reassuring. As therapy progresses, we guide parents on how to support their child’s development at home between sessions.

Is Vyana by Alpine open to children who do not attend Alpine First Step school?

Yes. Vyana by Alpine is open to all children in the Greater Noida area, whether or not they are enrolled in our preschool. Any child aged 2.5 to 12 years requiring speech therapy can access our services during 1:00PM to 6:00PM sessions.

Do you provide reports for school accommodations?

Yes. We provide comprehensive assessment and progress reports that are accepted by CBSE, IB and ICSE schools for academic accommodations and support planning.
